- In a large bowl toss together the cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion.
- In a smaller bowl whisk together the mayo, cider vinegar, canola oil, and sugar until smooth. Cascade the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- To assemble the hot dogs identify each grilled hot domestic dog in a bun, elevation with chili, then slaw, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/four cup chopped onions. Add ketchup and mustard as you lot like.
